Shotwell does not display video info

Hi,

I use shotwell 0.14.1 to retrieve the photos and videos from my camera
and see them. The problem I’m having is that it does not display
thumbnails for any video in the library.

Apparently, shotwell uses gstreamer 1 for this.

I have installed all packages I saw on packman for gstreamer, except
-devel, debug, lang, and doc.

I started shotwell on a terminal, and I see this message many times:

no element "videoconvert"

maybe this is the missing gstreamer library it needs. Any idea what
gstreamer component I might have missed to install?

Totem can display those same videos, and AFAIK, it uses gstreamer.

Nautilus does not display thumbnails for them, but I think it uses:

nautilus-gnome-mplayer-properties-page - Multimedia files information
Nautilus extension

which is installed.

Ideas?

Cheers / Saludos,
