settings windows manager doesn't open

hi all…

i am new on opensuse, i did use mint , now i have installed opensuse xfce,

my problem is i can’t open windows manager, when i click on it a circle spins and hangs like it, i think i have installed a xfce theme or icon set , after this thing has happened…

Ok Hard to say what you have done but I expect the problem is due to mixed version of some of your libraries

Looks like you have factory active?? Why?? Are you running tumbleweed? if so take the problem to the tumbleweed section of the fourm. If not and/or you don’t know what I’m talking about…

Tumbelweed is a rolling distro version that is more or less always changing. If you don’t understand how to deal with this you should not be using it until you do.

But it looks like you just added factory to the normal 13.2 version this will cause problems. Factory is where the next version is being built. Installing stuff from there does cause problems. So you do have mixed versions of parts of the system

My advise is to roll back

First remove or at least disable the factory repo then as root do zypper dup This should bring you back to standard 13.2

Also remove or disable the #3 repo that is your install media and should no longer be needed.
