search a driver for Huawei MobileBroadband Model : E 1750 Hspa USB Stick ( 64 bit )

On google there is no information. Opensuse does not know anything about this chip.
On that stick is a driver for Win 7 64 and a linux driver for debian. I shall " dial up"
with an analog modem to get into the internet. All at the console over ppp and comands like pon and poff. there is no networkmanager.
The web `n walk stick and its label is Fusion II.
Perhaps anybody has similar problems.

Thanks in advance. manfred.neubauer20@web.de

Hi,

Since the driver is available for windows, you’ll have to use ndiswrapper to install it.

You might have to do the same things that the Ubuntu folks had to do to get it working. Have a look at http://http://sourcewalker.net/posts/einrichtung-huawei-e1750-unter-ubuntu-9-10-656
