Screen and X

Dear all,
for some reasons kde starts to fail, mouse clicks do not respond, shortcuts do not work either.

I can kill my X and restart it but I can not afford losing some command lines program running. I have all my command line programms running through screen. I wanted to ask you that If I restart (kill) X the screen sessions will keep running. I guess yes but it would be good if someone else can confirm me that.

Now all we know is that this is about some version of KDE on most probably some version of openSUSE.

My idea is that you are active long enough on these forums to know that potential helpers are not able to help you effficient on these vere vague identifications. :frowning:
