Questions regarding IBus (Sunpinyin/Libpinyin)

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding IBus and the two Chinese input methods Sunpinyin and Libpinyin.

  1. In Sunpinyin, how can I change the suggested characters to be aligned horizontally? I tried to change candidates orientation in the IBus settings to horizontal, but that didn’t change anything. In fact, it seems like the IBus settings don’t have any effect at all. Also, how can I set up to move between suggested characters by using the arrow up/down keys? I used fcitx-sunpinyin before and it worked there.

  2. What are the differences between Sunpinyin and Libpinyin? Any suggestions which I should use?
