Running Opensuse 15.4.
Running Intel Xeon CPU with 16GB RAM
I have Windows 8.1 32bit running within the VM. All the drivers from Fedora virtio have been installed.
In Virtual Machine Manager I have increased the RAM to 4GB. In the Control Panel System info menu. It shows 4GB (2GB usable). In Task Manager Performance / Memory 2GB
How do I change the 2GB to 4GB
