I’ve downloaded OS 11 two times from ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/ (California, San Francisco)
And in both cases I got the same md5 but its not the same as on the page. I’ve burned the DVD and did a media test and it failed.
It looks like the image on that server is not correct.
Why are you downloading from there?

Burn very slow
I’d recommend using an http server. Back in the day
it was slow and unreliable, but using Firefox and a
decent connection it is one of the faster choices today.
I burn with K3b and let it auto select the speed.
I haven’t made a coaster yet.
