(EE) Failed to initialize GLX extension (Compatible NVIDIA X driver not found)
Hi guys, I’ve another problem with my drivers, I installed
nvidia-gfxG02-kmp-default and x11-video-nvidiaG02 'cos I’ve
got gf6600gt but it don’t want to work properly just like
nvidia-gfxG02-kmp-pae.
I’ve tried:
sax2 -r,
sax2 -r -m 0=nvidia but it doesn’t help.
Only sax2 -r -m 0=nv works.
Here’s my log from sax:
SaX.log
Please help me 'cos it’s really driving me mad.

c’mon guys, i’m pretty sure that someone can help me!
I dont’ have definitive answer. Some more info about hardware might help. Can you supply output of
/usr/sbin/hwinfo --gfxcard
Have you tried the 1-click method from here?

Yeah, when I use 1-click method it starts downloading not only nvidia-gfxG02
drivers but also GO1 drivers in the same time.
Here’s my log from sax but from speedyshare(it was too long to paste it here):
SaX.log
Maybe someone can check it.
Like you see this is gf6600gt BUT this is an AGP version of this card
(it has some translation bridge 'cos first this card was build only for PCI-E).
Maybe this is a problem, i dunno.
