Priority of Mozilla and Packman repositories

in Leap16 , i have added the following repos : packman-essentials and
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/mozilla/16.0/mozilla.repo
what priorities should they have with respect to the 99 ?

Any value below 99 is good.
Don’t forget to change the vendor.

Repo priority counts only for installs, not for updates where “vendor stickiness” counts (so, as written above, don’t forget to change the vendor).
So if you want “anything that is in those repos to be selected when installing” any value below 99 is good.
If you want “to select only some packages from those repos when installing” anything above 99 is good, and you have to select what version of the package you want with zypper or in the “Version” tab in Myrlyn.
