preempt rt install, nothing provides irqbalance

Hi,
I’m trying to install the kernel-preempt_rt-3.0.12_rt30-17.1.i586.rpm using zyppper, see bellow.
I get a problem with nothing provides irqbalance.
How do I install/fix this?

irqbalance is in the default repos for me. If the rpm package for this kernel is ‘meh’ you might be better served patching and compiling the kernel yourself. https://rt.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/RT_PREEMPT_HOWTO

Hi,
If I do that, will I end up with a clone of my system with the openSUSE 12.2, graphics drivers, etc?
