For those folks in this community that don’t really understand the US holiday of “Thanksgiving”, Wikipedia has a good explanation of it here.

Around my house, the day before Thanksgiving (today) is pie day. It’s the day when my wife makes pies and other goodies we pig out on with our dinner on Thanksgiving day. :good:

I have a soft spot for the Pecan too - But Pumpkin is kinda more seasonal and in keeping with the time of year. Enjoy tomorrow Kim.
