PHP on 12.3

Hey guys (opensuse guys)

I have been testing RC1 and just noticed that the version of PHP on it is 5.3.17, is there a reason why you decided to put PHP 5.3 in opensuse 12.3 instead of PHP 5.4?

Just curious.

12.3 hasn’t been released yet, this needs to be in the prerelease/beta forum.
