I remember i had created a password reset disk for Windows 10 , but now ,When I plugged it into my computer for password reset ,It can’t be recognized by the computer.
What did i do wrong ? Is there any other way to replace it?
Please explain why you are asking this question in an OpenSUSE Linux support forum, and not somewhere that supports Microsoft products?
Download OpenSuse Live CD and install a package called chntpw. It is able to edit, remove and add password for Windows computer.
I will recommend free tool like ntpassword, which includes the “Offline NT Password & Registry Editor” that does it although it requires a fair bit of user input. it clears the password in all Windows version.
