Packages reinstalled on update

Hi

Following this link: VirtualBox - openSUSE Wiki

I did:

zypper rm virtualbox-guest-kmp-default virtualbox-guest-tools virtualbox-guest-x11

But on zypper update today, these got reinstalled.

  1. How can I permanently remove?
  2. Is there some specific tumbleweed instruction(s)?

  1. These come as recommended packages, so is VirtualBox itself installed? Then leave them where they are, or lock them with
zypper al 'package_name'
  1. No. The only TW specific instruction is to use
zypper dup

for updating/upgrading.
