OSS repo isn't accessible when updating from 42.2?

When I tried to upgrade my OpenSuSE Linux Desktop Computer Leap v42.2 to v42.3, the upgrade process complained at the end (97%) that the http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/42.3/repo/oss/content is not accessible. Right now, I had left my computer for more than 30 minutes and the upgrade process kept trying to no avail. Has anyone encountered such a problem and can offer a solution?

FYI, when I tried to use wget http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/42.3/repo/oss/content, it failed at the 1st attempt and continued to download at the 2nd attempt sans a problem as shown below.
