Just wanted to provide and update.
I one complained when I tried OpenSuse Leap 42.2 KDE and the first update killed my system with a black monitor.
However, I reinstalled it on my 10 years old laptop and it is now working fine (Graphic Card is Intel, first isntall was on my Desktop, Graphic Card NVIDIA).
So, I can’t say this for NVIDIA graphic card computer, but on intel it works fine now.
Also, the Kernel does a very fine job in “not” overflowing my RAM (3 GB shared graphic) and getting stuck, like it does on Arch (no idea why Arch Kernel does have that problem) .
So, thank you opensuse Team for your good work and this nice OS
