On the CD there are folders of packages.
i586 is obviously packages for Pentium 4+ systems.
But what are these folders:
noarch src nosrc?
They are folders containing packages. Is src simply source? Then what are the other two?

- noarch generally don’t contain binary files eg perl, python
scripts etc - src are the source, patches and spec file used to build the rpm.
- nosrc are just patches and spec files but due to some restriction
don’t contain the source tarball, you need to locate and add yourself
and build your own rpms.
