Is it possible for all the official repos to be added to their respective projects?
Right now the centosplus and extras repos are missing from https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/CentOS:CentOS-7 which results in missing dependencies.

Possibly not if they contain proprietary or patent encumbered rpms… You would need to ask on the OBS Mailing List;
