recently some builds (previously successfully built) started to fail:
It’s on Fedora38 Fedora39 for all architectures with a message like

and on Debian (and derived distros) for armv7l with complains like:
unresolvable: missing pre/vminstalls: kernel-obs-build
or
The repository setup is broken, build or publish not possible
Are they not supported now?
