I share a taste with oldcpu, my style is just like that. These theme settings do no better thing. QtCurve is indeed installed, and works fine if selected, why need import from previous?

And I found a solution to this thing from why are my fonts so large with the nvidia driver - Ubuntu Forums. Like it says, it’s not a generous problem. It only affects large resolution screens. I can’t find where to modify this setting with YaST, so append the lines to Monitor section:
Option "UseEdidDpi" "FALSE"
Option "DPI" "96 x 96"
Log out and the nice KDM returns again rotfl!
