nvidia Bumblebee stopped woring after update to 42.3

Hi,

when I installed LEAP 42.2 on this thinkpad t460p, I followed the instructions here, https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:NVIDIA_Bumblebee, inclusive installing nvidia drivers, and optirun worked.
I was very happy, never had a working switchable grafik,

now, after the update to 42.3, it doe not work anymore. and this makes me very sad :frowning:
I reinstalled everything, following the steps from the wiki, but it does not help

 optirun -b none nvidia-settings -c :8
   37.255875] [ERROR]Cannot access secondary GPU - error: Could not load GPU driver

   37.255896] [ERROR]Aborting because fallback start is disabled.

what could I do to make this work again?

found out the reason, problem are the installed/default booted kernel versions, continues here:
