Did you already ask this question?
And did I tell you to do this:
But have you tried deleting all your hidden amarok config files, might want to try that first.
This folder: .kde4/share/apps/amarok
These files:
.kde4/share/config/amarok-appletsrc
.kde4/share/config/amarok_homerc
.kde4/share/config/amarokrc
I’ve been running into this same problem running KDE 4.4.00 (KDE 4.4.0) “release 223” on both my desktop and laptop. Deleting those folders makes no difference. I found a thread on the kde forums which suggested it may be the version of taglib. And another said that when building amarok through the buildservice it worked.
Symbol Lookup Error after upgrade to Kubuntu Karmic • KDE Community Forums
So it could be a bug we need to file or maybe just wait since 4.4.1 is hitting the repos soon.
Take Care,
Ian
Amarok 2.2.90 from Playground works in KDE4 4.4.1 Release “225”.
seem to work now
I had this issue for a couple days. Looks like there was something broken, but it was quickly resolved in the next update.
