No Network on a VServer (with XEN)

Hi All

I’m having terrible problems with a Vserver. I installed OpenSuse 11.0 and as far as I know is the server virtualized by xen.

Since yesterday I can’t bring the network working; got the following messages while booting:

Error Messages according to /etc/log/messages:

Does anybody have a hint - where the problem could be located? I’m not very deep in linux - but I tried a few things - but coudnt find a solution until yet.

Thanks in advance for any answers.

Cheers

I just figured out that if I start the network manualy by

ifconfig eth0 xxx.xx.xxx.xxx netmask xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx up

the networks seems to run fine. only the methods with “network restart” or on boot - the network does not work.

Anybody an Idee?

Cheers
