No Internet access

I just recently installed openSUSE 11.3, once I got it running on my laptop the wireless connection was detected and set up just fine. Now when I open to access the internet for any reazon it just don’t access the internet, not for browsing and not for updates. It seems like my internet connection does not exist, I did tried both wireless and wired with the same result. I had another version if Linux installed prior to this one (kubuntu) which was working just fine right after the installation. Any suggestions?

If 11.3 has never been updated, there are potential problems with routing or
name serving.

Please post the output of

/sbin/route -n
cat /etc/resolv.conf

A lot of my networking problems were solved when I installed the plasmoid-networkmanagement and used it instead of KNetworkManager.
