No console after LEAP 15.4 -> 15.5 upgrade

I upgraded from LEAP 15.4 to 15.5. The system boots and can be accessed remotely, but the console screen prints out one message: “SGX disabled by BIOS” and sits there. I have NVidia graphics. I never get to the console login screen.
What do I do?

Have you tried enabling the Intel Software Guard Extension in the BIOS?

I don’t do secure boot, so it is useless I think.
But the problem was NVidia.
I enabled the NVidia repository, and went into Software Management and tried to update all the NV drivers. It removed those in red, and updated others, and it booted.
