Has anyone experienced something similar? I haven’t been able to find more information about the first message.

Any help or ideas for narrowing down further what’s happening are greatly appreciated. Please do tell if I am missing any critical information and I will provide asap.

With kind regards.

Hi, this seems very similar to what you are experiencing < Wi-Fi stops working after waking up from sleep

Thanks. However this does not give me any hindsight in what might be causing the error. Workarounds are great, but it’s not as satisfactory. Will take a look on it and report back.

It does solve the problem. Yet to figure out what the problem is though.

Wait for some more responses, if nothing comes out of it I will mark it as the solution.

Then you need to talk to developers, not to users. There are a lot of reports about this issue in kernel 6.11, which is likely related to some new functionality added in this kernel version. At this point you should test kernels from the kernel:HEAD project. If the bug is still present in kernel-vanilla - report this upstream. If the bug is only in kernel-default - report this to openSUSE. Otherwise just wait until the fixed kernel hits the repositories.

There have been several known issues with iwlwifi starting with kernel 6.11.5 and 6.12.2 after the introduction of fast resume earlier this year, related to AX200/201/210 cards, see e.g. 219447 – iwlwifi: ax201: can't connect after resume - loop of Not associated and the session protection is over already - CSA mode=1 related and 219597 – iwlwifi: iwlmvm: Intel AX200 crashes on resume from suspend. According to one of the devs ( 219597 – iwlwifi: iwlmvm: Intel AX200 crashes on resume from suspend) a bunch of fixes has landed in kernel 6.12.5. If I am not mistaken, the next TW snapshot will contain 6.12.6, if it passes openQA.
