Hi,
since the mentioned update my machine does not sync anymore from computer to nextcloud vv.

How did you upgrade? Should be by
zypper dup
If you used some other method, run that anyway

I don’t think the culprit is in there although I don’t know what’s in your local repo.
Is this the same on your machine?
knurpht@Knurpht-HP:~/.config/autostart> rpm -qa | grep nextcloud
nextcloud-client-lang-2.5.1-1.1.noarch
nextcloud-client-dolphin-2.5.1-1.1.x86_64
libnextcloudsync0-2.5.1-1.1.x86_64
nextcloud-client-2.5.1-1.1.x86_64

It looks very much the same:
kanux@linux-u23q:~/.config/autostart> rpm -qa | grep nextcloud
**nextcloud**-client-lang-2.5.1-1.1.noarch
**nextcloud**-client-2.5.1-1.1.x86_64
**nextcloud**-client-dolphin-2.5.1-1.1.x86_64
lib**nextcloud**sync0-2.5.1-1.1.x86_64
kanux@linux-u23q:~/.config/autostart>
Although it is not in the same order as yours

Actually, It looks like the sync client starts but is not able to connect to NC
It keeps presenting me the log in screen over and over again allthough I use the correct login data
The seg fault remains the same after every login attempt

A login screen? The Nextcloud client doesn’t have such a thing. Can you show us a screendump and put it on paste.opensuse.org ?

Whatever it was, since the 20190110 update everything works again like it should.
