New application, how to request

Good day, I am new to OpenSuse and just installed Tumbleweed. I would like to request an new application be added, what is the process?

application is called AlbumEasy, it is for making pages for stamp collecting

It seems to run simply in user space:

*************************************************************
Linux
*************************************************************
* Download AlbumEasySetupV4.3.0_64bit.tgz and and extract the contents into an appropriate
  location in the Linux file system e.g /home/USER-NAME/AlbumEasy
* Open a shell command prompt, change to this folder, and then execute the CONFIG script
  by typing:
    ./CONFIG
  This will create an AlbumEasy desktop shortcut and an AlbumEasy documents folder
  pre-populated with the examples.
* Double click on the AlbumEasy icon to launch the application.

@oldcrstyfrt Hi as indicated by @kasi042 better to use their tarball build, it’s QT5 based and really needs porting to QT6…

Hi, yes I have download it and am preparing to install but I thought others might be interested although I suppose its a rather unique application and not a lot of interest. It would be nicer to have it automatically installed via Discover.
