I fired up Neverputt and Neverball today for the first time in many weeks, and discovered that neither will load. They come from the https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/games/ repository,
/home/user/.neverball-dev/neverball.log says:

Failure to initialize SDL (Audio target 'pulse' not available)
The error message is almost identical for /home/user/.neverball-dev/neverputt.log.
Audio/music hasn’t worked in either of these games for a year or more, but in the past they always loaded and ran. Now, they won’t start at all.
