@ozotto Wicked is deprecated, NetworkManager is the default. So if you switch to a tty (ctrl+alt+F1), log in as root user and switch to run level 3, systemctl isolate multi-user.target then try systemctl restart NetworkManager does it still core dump?

But I was trying to connect a Kyocera print via network (LAN).
I deleted the printer yast-config and re-installed, connecting via USB
Now the output of systemctl restart Network Manager looks like
