Hi, I’ve noticed on suse11.1 that very often the following happens
move network, and the old address remains on the interface (both dhcp).
Reboot and an old address will be picked up on the wireless (when the wireless hasn’t connected yet - authenticated)
resolv.conf doesn’t seem to be reliably updated.
Now I can ifdown . ifup , disconnect the cables and even run ifdown-dhcp/up. And resolv.conf is stubborn.
Is this peculiar to me, or a common issue. (I have network manager off - as I did with 10.2/3 but in 10.2/3 didn’t have these problems)
