Network Adapter Troubleshooting

:confused:

 How do we troubleshoot devices in SUSE? All of my devices were working under Windows XP last month. I switched to SUSE when I replaced a damaged hard drive. SUSE is the only OS the new hard drive has ever seen. The Network card is integrated into the ASUS P5QC motherboard. Within the bios, the network adapter is activated and it worked last month when Windows was installed... I'm guessing it's a driver issue but I don't know how to find driver status and what-not in SUSE. I use Gnome 2.2.

Thanks,

Michael

Michael;

Most likely it just needs to be configured. Go to:
YAST->Network Devices->network card. You can find a HowTo here:
