hi there i have asus stx 2 and with the kernel 3.16.6 its not working but after i update the kernel to 3.16.7 it work and sometime its not and when its work i have very low sound soo i just want to know if i update the kernel from:

how stable is it? and i see that the opensuse team updating there kernel in very very low rate and just want to know why?

That’s the devel repo for the 13.2 kernel. I see no point in using that repo, you will get it via standard updates anyway.
As Kernel 3.16 is already end-of-life upstream, there are only changes if/when the openSUSE team backports fixes from newer kernels.
So this will never contain anything newer than 3.16.7, and again, you’ll get this as official update from time to time anyway.
If you want to have the latest Kernel, use this repo:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/standard/
This is updated more frequently, and always contains the latest stable Kernel. (3.19.2 at the moment)
