Need help joining network

I installed Susse today and I am unable to join my home network. The network is called WORKGROUP and I don’t even see it. The network has 2 Macs, 1 Ubuntu and 1 Susse. All the other computers are on the network and can share files. I also need access to the two printers on the other computers. Please help! I am connected via a Buffalo router via cat5.

This HowTo may help:

Be sure to verify the firewall is correctly set and that nmbd and smbd are
both running.

I don’t have any Windows PCs only Mac and Linux.

Never mind I figured it out and it is working fine. Now only one printer isn’t getting activated. It always says idle. Strange.
