How can I update my security?

I’m afraid the question, as posed, is too vague.
What do you mean by security, and what kind of system are you running?
If you’re just running a desktop system, and you run automatic updates from YaST (or zypper) regularly, and you don’t do anything stupid (like running random scripts that people email to you), you are assumed to be pretty darn secure - there has never, for example, been a virus ‘in the wild’ on linux.
However, no computer is completely secure. If you aren’t behind a router, might be worth running a firewall…

Virus I can’t think of but there have been worms in the wild that
affected linux.
