Mount Google drive AND scan for duplicates

Would imagine the answer is “NO”, but is there any way to mount a Google Drive in Tumbleweed/Plasma, and (the tricky part…), scan for duplicate files?
Or, is there ANY way to do this in Windows/Linux?
Thanks.

If you have connected your gdrive within dolphin or nautilus, you can use whatever tool you want to find dupes. Examples for such apps are jdupes, fdupes, dupremove, fclones, …
All these apps are available in the official repos. Use Myrlyn or zypper to find them.

Would this not take a VERY long time to return a result?

It depends on the amount of data. Do you have TB of data to scan? What are your search options? Metadata or only filenames? Date? …

About 17GB of google drive… and just want to find duplicates.
Trying to sign in at the moment, and get an “Error: Access denied to .” message, (Standard error? For both Dolphin and Krusader) but have recently deleted the Google account/re-added/ and allowed all access?
Seems to stay at “>>Reading…” (for Krusader), or Loading… (for Dolphin) for “a fair while” (at least 10 to 15 mins)?

No problem … however, have you installed “kio-gdrive”??
You will need that. So, if you haven’t, install via Yast / Myrlyn or

# zypper in kio-gdrive

An additional file will also be installed.

Next, go to KDE System Settings → Online Accounts. Then click on “Add New Account”, then select Google option.

Afterwards, open the Dolphin file manager, and check the left-hand panel (Network) - should see Google Drive.
