Missing button for 'Preformatted text'

Shortcut “Ctrl + e” also stopped working.

I’m using Firefox 132.0.1.
‘Preformatted text’ button is hidden under gear-wheel button (‘advanced settings’).

Works fine with Firefox ESR 128.4.0.

It is normally quite far away. What happens with all the buttons in between?

Some buttons hid under gear-wheel button (‘advanced settings’) - including ‘Preformatted text’ button.
I cannot find setting to get all buttons visible.
