Menu bar web server thingy under kde4?

Under KDE3 I have a really useful tray app that serves files to the web,
that I add by right clicking on my menu bar and select “add applet”.

I can’t find what the darn thing is called, and of course under KDE4
there is no “add applet” function.

Anyone know what it is called or how to run it under KDE4?

This is the same under any KDE4 version, although I have KDE4.2
running.

Another option is if anyone knows of another quick/simple/easy www file
share utility that can do the same job, I’m open to suggestions :).
