Hi, Can anyone help me? I seem to have dl/installed a file sharing app successfully but i cant find it any where?
In a console type whereis (app name) this will give you the actual path to the binary.
If you are using KDE type the app name in the search box at the top and it should show the app. If you right click on the icon that appears you can choose to add to panel and you’ll get a short cut there. Not sure about Gnome
