Login screen incorrect language

I have a secondary language used as default on my lock screen. The first enter is fine, but the lock screen is always non-english.
I tried this, but didn’t help:

sudo nano /etc/sddm.conf

   [General]
   Language=en_US

   [X11]
   Session=plasma.desktop

export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
