Live opensuse boot usb -- what boot option for "live"

I’m getting worried about the age of my harddisk and trying to get things in order.
I made a boot usb from openSUSE leap 15.6 iso using balenaetcher. System boots from usb fine in bios but there is no clear “live” option like I thought would be there.

If I run linux kernel option it starts loading and then it brings up my root partition as if it is going to write over it. Scared me so I powered off.

Need info on what option starts openSUSE “live” or an alternative way to make a live boot usb. All the info on the wikis is concerned with generating a boot usb; not how to start “live”.

You simply need to download the live image and dump it to an USB pen drive.

What is the “live” image? Is it just the standard iso? Is there a live option when you boot from it?

It is a different ISO:

Gotcha, I used the offline iso and didn’t look further down the page to see the live iso downloads. Issue closed as far as I can tell.
