Hi Folks, First post here - many posts elsewhere
This link and the referenced Roadmap suggest leap 16.1 is in beta as of last Wednesday:
Lubos Kocman: Updated roadmap for openSUSE Leap 16.1
But, here it says ‘Alpha’:
Have I missed another d/l page or is that 16.1 page just a bit slow on the uptake?
Thanks
(Also, the checksum and signature links are stale - which does suggest the page could do with a spring clean.)
Hi, welcome to these forums,
Good catches, it is being addressed already.
Well… I wonder if also - if someone’s ‘ontoit’ - a look at the Agama install config could be taken because, at the moment, the landing page says:
Product not found
The product was not found in the repositories so it is not possible to proceed with the installation ’
…
And, in the meantime, what is the necessary repo URL so I can add it to the grub boot line?
Thx
Looks like a known bug, no install without an wifi connection:
opened 02:39PM - 27 Mar 26 UTC
Latest published Leap 16.1 offline image fails to start without internet access … and ends up with no product found.
This doesn't happen if I boot it with working ethernet, then we get to install product and all works fine.

And, it might also be a bug that the ‘Offline image’ iso doesen’t install without an online connection…

Oops, that should have been ‘… no install with wifi connection’.
