Laptop Built-in camera cannot be detected

Guys,

Need help for my Packard Bell EasyNote Skype edition my web cam always ON the green light been checking on hardware list unfortunately no device was registered, im using OpenSUSE 12.1 any idea how to disable my webcam or how to detect the device?
