KVM Windows VM doesn't boot on kernel 7.2.X

Hiya. After updating I noticed that Windows VMs on KVM might fail to boot. Specifically Windows VMs that use Hyper-V or any virtualization features (like WSL, sandbox, VBS, memory integrity). It’s caused by a regression in 7.2.X kernels (tested on 7.2.0-1-default and 7.2.2-1-default). Tumbleweed 20260825 and newer is affected. Rolling back to 7.1.8-1-default helps to mitigate it for now.

If you’re affected by it, comment about it at bugzilla:

Same problem here since the last zypper dup I did a week ago.
Now I “zypper locked” the kernel package, but haven’t had enough time to rollback, just booted in the previously working kernel 7.1.8. I just forget about the problem until I saw your post.
