Torrents usually start slow and speed up towards the end (by default clients pick the most uncommon pieces first). So your 0.83kb, if you let it running, should be higher by now. You location is also important and if the first peers you connect are on the other side of the planet then it will help the slowness (by default new peers and stuff are only exchanged every few minutes).
Just as a comparison, I usually download files of about 300MB with 10k+ seeds and the “Remaining Time” is normally way off most of the time (over 2h). Then as things start to download at >100kbs it quickly falls.
