When I increase the font size from Konqueror settings the web browser fonts change but the file manager fonts stay the same. Is there another way of setting them?

Under settings > Config K > File Management > General > Behaviour
Check you have it : Use common View properties
Not sure if that’s it, but check it out
settings > configure k > file management > view modes > (then whichever you use) choose custom font and go from there i believe

konqueror settings -> file management -> view modes
is where you set icon size, preview size, and font size for each view mode
separately. it defaults to “system font.” after changing that to “custom
font” you can specify font & font size – for each of the three available
view modes: icons, details, and columns.
