I have an Acer Aspire notebook, with a standard keyboard layout, but have found that a couple of keys seems to have been switched since I installed opensuse 11.1… Ex “windows”.
I have tried different keyboard layouts using yast, but it seems to stay the same way.
Ie. Uppercase on the 2 key should be @ but when i use that key i get ".
Uppercase on 3 key should be # but get £…
Any suggestions?

Looks like your current layout set is UK keyboard. Switch to US layout.
My Keyboard layout is on US…

When login to opensuse from first panel, try to choose “Brazilian ABNT2” as keyboard.
