did you completely install openSUSE and then have this problem?

or

did you TRY to install and have errors during the attempt to install?

in either case: did you check that you had a good iso download–like
discussed here
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Download_help#Checksums

and, did you self-test the install media by booting from it (do NOT
run it from inside Windows) and selecting “Check Installation Media”
like you see here
http://tinyurl.com/b856ekd

any error in either test is too many! and the only way to success
begins by getting the install media 100% right.

let us know the results of both tests . . .

  • I installed complete OpenSuse 12.3 no try live and …
  • I have no error while installation
  • I download openSuse via torrent that is more reliable
  • I self-test the install media by booting from it and say “no found error”
  • After checking install media update my suss os and it reinstall about 50 packages with no error
    I have that problem yet:(

FIRST: why are you posting in the Tumbleweed Forum? are you using
Tumbleweed or are you using openSUSE 12.3 (they are not the same!)?

NEXT: i assume kernel panic came ,comes during initial boot, and when
it boots to a screen where you can (maybe) pick to boot Windows or
to Linux there may be more than one option to boot Linux…

if there is pick the one that says (something like) “failsafe” or
“fallback” and try again to boot…see if that gets you to a running
situation and report back (along with why you post to Tumbleweed)

if there is not an option to pick more than one Linux, then type in
this word into the Boot Options blank:

nomodeset

and
then press the Enter key…do you still have a kernel panic?

LAST: maybe_ you would have it easier in a different language…have
you seen all the languages available on this page:

openSUSE 12.3 has kernel 3.7. Where did you get kernel 3.4?
