I have tried out konqueror and it does not work. Most sites take about 4 times longer to load with konqueror than firefox, if they load at all. The bank sites I use can handle login, but then fail with most functions on the site.
I cannot use the flash plugin in konqueror, cannot enable the kmplayer work-around, and javascript is just too slow and too buggy. If I disable javascript and java, the load times are about on par with firefox.
