kde4.2 live cd

The new kde four live cd is around ‘KDE 4.2.0 & KDE Four Live 1.2.0 |
kdedevelopers.org’ (http://www.kdedevelopers.org/node/3865).
and I want to know if this can be used to upgrade packages for a
regular opensuse’s installation?
Anybody have a clue?

Doubt if it can be used to upgrade unless it has the factory repos
enabled
